Maternity Photo Shoot - Baby Number Two

At about my 36th week we set out to document “Thumper!” (I’ve given her the nickname Thumper because she’s one active little lady!!!) This photo shoot was a little more fun because we got to involve Big Sister Lia in all the excitement. Our photos were taken in front of a tree I’m loving in our neighborhood, a local park, Vickery Creek Falls (Roswell Mill), and Marietta Square. The day was fun but oh so hot!!! I’m so thankful it’s not obvious how sweaty I really was; Georgia heat and humidity is not a joke 😀

My second pregnancy has been great but much different than my first with Lia. I’ve been carrying higher and have had sciatic pain for most of the pregnancy, however I’m not swollen like I was with Lia and I’ve been able to be more active. Lia can’t wait to meet her sister and talks about all the things she’s planning to teach her daily. We are so excited to welcome baby girl number two soon!
