Easter

April 1, 2018

In years past, we would go to Sprayberry High School to do their easter egg hunt but never stayed long enough to see the helicopter egg drop so this year we packed up a lunch and stayed longer to see. The sad part? It wasn’t nearly as exciting as it sounded. We met some friends up there and hung out for a while as the kids played and daddy rested after his return from a work trip.

Like usual, we painted eggs at home and Cara hid them in the backyard for Lia to go hunt. Nora even got to “hunt” too, as you can see by the large egg she found. Unfortunately, due to weather and timing, we didn’t get Nora’s first easter photos until several weeks later but we’re hoping she didn’t notice and won’t get too offended.
