Nora's 1st Birthday

Our 2nd little baby is now 1 year old, and just like Lia it felt like that first year flew by. Just one year prior, we were anxiously waiting for her arrival after being almost 1 week “late” from her due date. Nona was in town helping and acclimating, Grandma was scheduled to arrive later that month and Grandpa after that, eager to finally see our new house and city.

On Nora’s actual birthday, I took the day off and we all just hung out as a family. Of course, I couldn’t resist getting some photos of her opening her presents as well as doing her smash cake. Like a pro, she found her presents and knew exactly what to do…remove the tissue paper and get to those gifts! We ended the late morning with an early lunch and captured some of her new faces.

That weekend we invited a few friends over for her Dance Party. Nora has been loving music and playing with musical instruments so it was only fitting to properly theme it.
