Nora Soccer Shots

This day couldn’t come sooner…no really, it couldn’t because of the stupid COVID pandemic. Nora has been itching to play soccer ever since she saw Lia play and unfortunately they cancelled their sessions when the pandemic hit. Lucky for her, they opened up just after she turned 3 (which is the starting age) and was one of the first ones to sign up.

She was even lucky enough to get the same coach Lia had (Coach Andrew) who Lia just adored. It was a few weeks of figuring out how it would all work but in general, Nora did great following the drills and even playing in the little scrimmages they would put on. Granted, she did a lot of running around while the bigger kids got the ball and kicked it, but she never gave up. And of course when the coaches helped her score a goal, the look on her face was priceless. Another proud dad moment.
