Nora's First Season of Baseball

When Lia decided she wanted to play fall ball, we asked Nora if she was ready to play T-ball. She had asked about it before, but knowing how kids can change their mind at the drop of a hat we weren’t sure if she was still interested. Before we could even finish the sentence, she immediately said YES!

For the fall season, daddy volunteered to be an assistant coach for Lia’s team and mommy decided to be team mom. Little did she know, there isn’t much for team mom in fall ball so at the first practice the coach asked if she could just help. Being that it was the coach’s first time coaching, she felt she needed as much help as she could get and mommy obliged.

Nora initially picked up practice like she had played before…she understood the drills, played catch really well and most importantly hit the ball quite well. Then at her first game, she did it all just like practice. She has a very natural swing and one that can be easily tweaked to be great. The photos below are just of her first game, but as more and more games happen i’ll be sure to add more photos.
